1. Service
Datanimate (“we”, “us”) provides an online tool for creating and sharing animated PlantUML sequence diagrams. By using Datanimate, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
3. Payments
Datanimate offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. All charges are in USD and non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Datanimate to create, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the diagrams you create. By using Datanimate, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Datanimate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
